Operate With Sure Step
If you have reached this stage, and are using Sure Step to manage your Microsoft
Dynamics implementations, congratulations! You will find that the Adoption Roadmap
does not end, however. Transition your focus to monitoring and continuing to improve
your Sure Step adoption.
One year into your Sure Step operations is a perfect time to perform a second
health-check on your implementation adoption maturity. How has it improved since
you began this journey? How are your customers responding? Are your managers still
on board? Continue to drive adoption and look for ways to truly master your Sure
Step processes.
Step 1: Re-Assess your Adoption Maturity
Whether you choose to take the online re-assessment or a facilitated workshop, lead
your V-team back through the Sure Step Adoption Assessment.
BEST PRACTICE: Compare your re-assessment against the deep and
honest self-assessment you established as your baseline. Identify any gaps still
outstanding, and plan to address them. Revisit your skills needs, teams, and organization
structure.

site.
- Or, sign up for the facilitated assessment workshop, a deep exploration of your implementation methodology operated in a team environment, managed by an expert Microsoft Sure Step facilitator. (Contact Your local PDC or a Microsoft Certified Trainer for more information.)
Step 2: Measure Customer Satisfaction
- Conduct a
customer satisfaction survey among those customers who have received a Sure
Step Partner Adoption-based implementation.
- Incorporate these results into your assessment results for a well-rounded health
check.
- Update customer messaging based on new learning related to customers’
valuation of Sure Step.
Step 3: Management Reinforcement Coaching

to continually reinforce and manage to the process.
- Consider using coaching offerings
from Microsoft Partner Development Centers (PDCs) where (available FY10).
BEST PRACTICE: Mature consultants and managers will require coaching

know.
